The house date back to the second half of s XVII, and it is protected as historical heritage. It has been recently restored in 2001, respecting the original house structure, doors, ceilings, wooden beams and floors.
The rented part of the house has a charming Andalusian patio (courtyard) including two living spaces within and plenty of plants such as kentias, aspidistras, a banana tree and a jasmine; three bedrooms, one of them 95 m2, and three bathrooms. The total surface of this ground floor is 310 m2. The second floor has a full equipped kitchen and a pretty terrace above the patio, a gallery and an entrance hall (40 m2). Finally at the roof floor a chill out area and a laundry room are also available (approx. extra 50 m2).
The rates include daily housekeeping service (except weekends) and an optional garage 400 m far distance from the house.
Suitability: children and pets are welcomed, almost fully accessibility for disabled in the ground floor, smoking allowed in the outside areas of the house.
